On the path to Creative Homeopathy

Antonie Peppler is a practicing homeopath, a researcher in the field of Creative Homeopathy and an instructor at various institutes for creative learning, rational reading and creativity training such as Günther Beyer's ICL – Institute for Creative Learning.

The work of Frederic Vester influenced her greatly and especially the insight that everything that a person has ever experienced is stored within him together with all of his feelings and judgments. In her work as an instructor this knowledge did not only remain theory, but found confirmation in every course. It was also of great value in the application to creativity training.

During the time spent in management, she amassed considerable practical knowledge in the areas of personnel management and in psychology. The methods then taught of how people can be subconsciously influenced to think as a group, to consume and to be manipulated as “useful herd animals” left a strong impression and was the cause of much reflection. If these methods are used in one direction, they must also function in the reverse direction. With a deep need of bringing people to the awareness that they are individual beings, of teaching them how to recognize manipulation and of leading them to self-responsibility, she left the field of management and became a therapist.

The path to the medical profession lay before her. The studies were exciting, but the treatment of patients with the normal methods of modern academic medicine were simply impossible in light of her deep insights into acupuncture and homeopathy. Her conscience would not let her act against better knowledge and burden a patient instead of relieve him. So she decided for naturopathic medicine. After she had experienced the classical homeopathic treatment of her husband during his dying days and also of herself during that time, she knew that this therapy would be her life's purpose. She bought the Organon, read it through with enthusiasm, bought Kent's Repertory, attended several seminars taught by well-known classical homeopaths and began her research. The results of her experiments on herself very quickly led her to a critical assessment of the “classical path,” from which she then departed.

Since 1981 Antonie Peppler has operated a purely homeopathic practice in which she proves daily that homeopathy can do more than just relieve symptoms. Her passion is the research of chronic and most severe diseases as well as the question as to the cause of illness itself.

In and outside of Germany, she has taught homeopathy since 1985 according to her self-developed, innovative model of homeopathic thought – Creative Homeopathy. Together with her colleague and life partner for many years, Hans-Jürgen Albrecht, she founded the CKH ®, Center for Classical Homeopathy, earlier in Hamburg and now located in Großheubach, Germany.
